Situated on Gull Cove on the Lakeside Caravan Park, on the Butlins site in Minehead, this privately owned luxury caravan is brand new for 2009.

The caravan has full central heating and double glazing, so suited to a break at any time of the year.

The caravan has 3 bedrooms, one double and two twin, plus a double sofa bed in the lounge. All duvets and pillows are provided and all mattresses have protectors. Each room has ample hanging and storage space, a travel cot is also available.

The lounge area has a comfortable seating area, flat screen LCD colour television with inbuilt free view, DVD player and a CD/radio. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen with a table and seating.

The kitchen area comes fully equipped with a full gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all the usual kitchen utensils including crockery, knives, forks etc.

An ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner are provided. We have also provided a hair dryer for your added convenience. The modern white bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash basin, heated towel rail and ample storage, there is also a second separate toilet.
