If you would like to own your own holiday home at Butlins Skegness then you can purchase a caravan directly from Butlins, prices for a pre owned 10ft wide caravan start at about £15,995 including fees for the season, alternatively you can purchase a caravan from an exsisting owner, this in most cases means you get more for your money.
In both cases the running costs involved in having a caravan at Butlins in Skegness need to be thought about as it isn't cheap, however you can off set some of these fees by sub letting your caravan when you aren't using it yourself, we offer a fully managed sub letting service and are happy to talk to anybody about the up's and down's of owning your own holiday home.

If purchasing a caravan from a private owner Butlins charge an administration fee of 15% of the purchase price plus VAT, also if you are considering sub letting you caravan you will have to pay a charge for your guests entertainment passes, you do however receive 15 free owners passes for family and friends.
