| 1 |
We are unable to accept bookings from:- a) Groups of persons of all one sex under the age of 30. b)Mixed groups under 25 years of age. These are Butlins rules, not the caravan owners and must be adeared to. |

| 2 | Butlins is a family holiday park and anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance may be asked to leave, forfeiting the rest of their holiday, please note no refunds will be made. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 3 |
Please leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition, the hirer is responsible for all members of the party and must make good any losses, breakage or damage done to the caravan or contents during their stay . We do ask for a £50 refundable bond, (£100 for groups of more than 6 people or at our discretion) payable at the time you pay the final balance, and we reserve the right to deduct the cost of any loss or damage from this at our discretion.
Any loss or damage found on your arrival should be reported as soon as possible by telephoning on 01205 480184 or to Guest Services otherwise you may be held responsible.

Keys to your caravan are availble on the day of your arrival from the time stated on your registration form, however you are welcome to use all the facilities on the butlins complex if you arrive before this time.
In order that the caravan can be checked before the next booking, we request that you vacate the caravan by 10am on the day of departure.

A £50 deposit is required within 7 days of booking your holiday, should you book your holiday 8 weeks or less before the start date, the full amount will be due within seven days. (unless otherwise arranged)

Please note that the £50 booking deposit is non-refundable.
We reserve the right to re-let the caravan if the final balance is not received by the due date as arranged. Balance reminders will not be sent.

| 9 | We recommend that you purchase some form of holiday insurance if you require it, as there is no insurance included in the price of your holiday, and the above cancellation charges will apply to all cancelled holidays. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 10 |
The price of your holiday in 2011 includes 4 passes into Butlins complex #, or 4 wristbands for adult weekends. Extra passes / wristbands up to the maximum allowed capacity for the caravan can be purchased @ £25 each. (2011 season) Please note the additional fee is for occupying the caravan as well as the pass / wristband. Please note extra guests can not under any circumstances be added on once you have arrived. Please note the prices for 2012 holidays are for accommodation only, the cost for the passes are a separate charge as detailed below, all guests staying in a caravan must purchase a pass.

| 11 | Any changes to the advertised entertainment or facilities on the camp is beyond our control, and we cannot except any responsibility for this. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Should your grade of accomodation become unavailble due to circumstances beyond our control we will where possible offer an alternative which you have the option to decline and a full refund will be given.
Please note: we do our best to accommodate your wishes with regard to caravan and location choice, but we cannot guarantee specific caravans or locations.

| 15 | Please note that all caravans are non - smoking, smoking inside the caravans may result in loss of your breakage's bond. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 16 | We do not allow pets in any of the caravans. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 17 | We can accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to cars, belongings or personal injury occuring whilst staying in one of our caravans, this includes personal belongings left in the caravan after your departure. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 18 |
The term "Star" "Gold" and Silver" when referring to the caravans has no connection to hotel ratings or any other accommodation ratings and is purely a scale used by us to determine the price charged.
Please ensure when booking you choose the grade appropriate to your needs as no upgrades can be made after your arrival.
