TERMS AND CONDITIONS |

We are unable to accept bookings from:- a) Groups of persons of all one sex. b) Groups under 21 years of age. These are Butlins rules, not the caravan owners and must be adeared to. |

In order that the caravan can be checked before the next booking, we request that you vacate the caravan by 10am on the day of departure. |

Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition, the hirer is responsible for all members of the party and must make good any losses, breakage or damage done to the caravan or contents during their stay . We do ask for a £50 refundable bond, (£100 for groups of more than 6 people or at our discretion) payable at the time you pay the final balance, and we reserve the right to deduct the cost of any loss or damage from this at our discretion. Any loss or damage found on your arrival should be reported as soon as possible by telephoning on 01205 480184 or to Guest Services otherwise you may be held responsible. |

Keys to your caravan are not usually availble until 4pm on the day of your arrival, however you are welcome to use all the facilities on the butlins complex if you arrive before this time. |

Should you book your holiday 8 weeks or less before the start date, the full amount will be due within seven days. (unless otherwise arranged) |

Butlins is a family holiday park and anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance may be asked to leave, forfeiting the rest of their holiday, please note no refunds will be made. |

Please note that the £50 booking deposit is non-refundable.
We reserve the right to re-let the caravan if the final balance is not received by the due date as arranged. |

The price of your holiday includes passes into Butlins complex #, details of passes and how to collect the keys will be sent to you on receipt of the full holiday amount. |

Any changes to the advertised entertainment or facilities on the camp is beyond our control, and we cannot except any responsibility for this. |

Should your accomodation become unavailble due to circumstances beyond our control we will where possible offer an alternative which you have the option to decline and a full refund will be given. |

We recommend that you purchase some form of holiday insurance if you require it, as there is no insurance included in the price of your holiday, and no refunds can be made once the full balance has been paid. |

Please note that all caravans are non - smoking, smoking inside the caravans may result in lose of breakage's bond. |

We do not allow pets in any of the caravans. |

We can accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to cars, belongings or personal injury occuring whilst staying in one of our caravans. |

The term "star" when referring to 3, 4, 4 plus and 5 caravans has no connection to hotel ratings and is purely a scale used by us to determine the price charged. |

By booking and paying for your holiday you are accepting the terms and conditions listed above. |
