2025 Price & Availability Butlins Skegness Caravans
Prices are for up to 4 people in 3 Bedroom Caravans (unless otherwise stated), additional guests up to the maximum capacity of the caravan can be added to your booking but will incur an additional fee that will include your caravan accommodation and Butlins entertainment passes.
Adult Weekends are charged per person (minimum chargeable occupancy is 4 people per caravan, max occupany 6 people in 3 bed caravans
Discounts for under occupancy on all Breaks - 25% Off when there is only 2 guests
Please note holidays booked less than 4 days before the check in date will incur a £35 late booking fee
Please note passes for Butlins are included in the price (except on Private Breaks) However caravan guests are unable to pre book shows and activities, therefore we cannot guarantee access at busy times. Caravan guests should join the non booked queue for all shows in the designated queue area.
*all offers are subject to availability, and may be discontinued at any time. Bookings taken before offer started will not be included.
** Pre -school Break for under 5s, at least one child under 5 must be on each booking and evening entertainment will end at 9pm at the lastest.
Please note there is a £100 refundable breakage's bond to pay on top of the advertised price for all family holidays and breaks this may increase to a £200 on Adult Weekends.
